The concept separates IT space from external power and heat-rejection equipment. LIMIK coordinates IT hardware supply, installation, integration, testing and commissioning within the agreed turnkey scope.

  • IT enclosure and service access matched to your hardware
  • Liquid and air cooling planned together
  • External equipment and site works defined in the project scope
The LIMIK platform

One system from the grid to the chip

Four layers, from the utility feed to the GPU rack. Each is sized to the same IT load, so no single part becomes the bottleneck.

Grid & power transformer

Transformer lead times hold back many AI projects. LIMIK builds its own medium-voltage transformers, so power supply is planned with the module, not ordered separately.

Distribution & backup power

Switchgear, UPS and batteries are part of the module and sized to its IT load. Redundant UPS modules keep compute running through a single failure; generators connect as an option.

Liquid cooling

Direct-to-chip liquid cooling removes heat at the chip, as today's dense GPU racks require. Coolant units and dry coolers include a spare and are sized to your climate.

Compute & controls

LIMIK sources and installs servers, GPUs, networking and storage with IT partners. One monitoring system covers the whole module, from grid to coolant.

Applications

AI first. More ways to put compute to work.

LIMIK Core is built for AI first. The same modules run other demanding compute close to where data is created.

AI training

Train models on dense GPU clusters without waiting for a new data center building.

AI inference

Serve models close to your users, adding capacity module by module.

Private & enterprise AI

Run AI on sensitive data at your own site, under your own security and access rules.

Edge processing

Process data next to cameras, sensors and machines, not in a distant cloud.

HPC & simulation

Run simulation, research and rendering on hardware you control.

Business IT & storage

Host servers, networking and storage in a compact Core 20 on existing site power.

How it ships

From concept to a project schedule

Turnkey delivery brings IT integration and commissioning into the project schedule. Timing follows confirmed scope, engineering, equipment availability and site readiness.

Stage 01

Define the project

Review the workload, hardware and site power.

Stage 02

Confirm design and suppliers

Confirm drawings, scope and long-lead equipment.

Stage 03

Integrate and factory-test

Integrate IT hardware, power and cooling; complete agreed factory tests.

Stage 04

Deliver and commission

Install, connect and test the system on site, then hand it over.

Project-specific schedule

Parallel power track

For projects with LIMIK transformers, the power equipment schedule is coordinated with the module plan. A shared delivery date requires supplier and production confirmation.

Built and tested in the United States

LIMIK has engineered power infrastructure since 1994. The Core concept draws on that transformer engineering experience. Module manufacturing arrangements, supplier responsibilities and acceptance tests will be confirmed as the product line is developed.

AI is the main focus. The same modules also suit high-performance computing, simulation, rendering, business applications and storage. The base design is liquid-cooled; fully air-cooled hardware needs a separate capacity review.

Core 20: two racks, 100 kW IT, on existing 480 V site service. Core 40: six racks, 600 kW IT, with a planned 1.25 MVA LIMIK medium-voltage transformer. Core Campus: several Core 40 modules, with transformers sized to the site. Share your target capacity and available power, and we suggest a starting configuration.

It can be assessed for your site: grid supply, on-site generation or a combination. We review source capacity, protection, transfer equipment and permits.

Core 40 supports compute racks up to 145 kW with direct-to-chip liquid cooling: four compute positions plus two 10 kW network or storage positions within a 600 kW IT budget. Core 20 has two 50 kW positions. Air cooling handles the remaining components, and heat rejection is sized to your climate. We check your specific GPU racks before the layout is fixed.

UPS and cooling components are N+1: if one unit fails, the IT load keeps running, with about 5 minutes of battery for critical loads. Two independent power paths, longer autonomy and generators are available as separate design options.

Delivery timing is project-specific. It is set after scope, engineering requirements, supplier lead times and site readiness are confirmed; the concept has no fixed public lead time.

The planned turnkey scope covers selected servers, GPUs, networking and storage, the enclosure and rack positions, power distribution, UPS and batteries, cooling and external heat rejection, monitoring, access control, leak and fire protection; Core 40 also includes a planned LIMIK transformer. Options include generators, longer battery autonomy, extra redundancy and heat recovery. LIMIK coordinates equipment supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning and handover with IT suppliers and local partners. Customer-owned IT hardware can be included after a compatibility review. Site works, utility connections and site-owner requirements are defined in the proposal.

Pricing depends on capacity, cooling, power path and site. Share your target capacity and site power, and we return a budgetary estimate with the concept.

LIMIK coordinates turnkey delivery, IT installation, power and cooling integration, acceptance testing and commissioning with IT suppliers and local site partners. Site works, utility approvals and responsibilities are documented in the proposal.

Warranty coverage and terms require supplier and project confirmation and will be stated in the proposal.

LIMIK does. We build medium- and high-voltage transformers up to 600 MVA and 525 kV, and LIMIK Core is engineered around them.

Our team reviews your request and contacts you to discuss your workload, hardware and site requirements.

Confidentiality arrangements can be discussed with the team before sharing project details.

Monitoring, spare parts and service arrangements are proposed options; providers, coverage and terms require confirmation in the project scope.
